MAIN COMPONENTS

MOTOR PARAMETERS

The motorized WR120/100 series roller blinds has an electric motor embedded in the frame. You can choose to install the motor on the left or right side of the frame and control the rise and fall of multiple roller blinds with a single remote control.

SMART AUTO BALANCER

By using double groove bearings, ball bearings and adjustable steel slide rails, the back wheel can automatically adjust the position of the fabric according to how much the fabric is rolled in, so as to protect the zipper throughout the pulling process.

The WR100 system
It is equipped with wear-resistant strips at the main body of the cover and the fabric outlet on the cover, which greatly reduces the friction between the fabric and the cover, reduces noise, give users a better experience.

The WR120 system
It benefits from the balancer's ability to automatically adjust the center position of the automatic groove tube through the weight of the fabric and the low rail, ensuring that the fabric can always enter the zipper guide at a small angle, reducing friction and friction noise, extend the use time of the zipper and the system.

Our Sales Policy

Our policy for a custom item.

As the product is a customized item, it can not be returned or refunded if it's not a quality defect.

If it is of a quality defect and confirmed with us, the item has to be returned and you have to take care of the return shipping and after our receiving and confirming, you can get refund within 7 days. But processing fee charged by Paypal or banks can't be refunded.

But please allow color differences between online display and real objects.

Please permit some size allowance for the finished custom item. Please refer to the agreed invoice.

Our policy for a motor.

If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Motor Warranty

Three years for plug-in motors.
One year for battery motors and remotes.

Measuring Tips

For inside mount
You need to measure 3 different widths and heights inside the window,and give us the smallest width and height dimensions.

Also please check if the window frame depth contains enough space to get the shutter mounted inside.

For outside mount
You need to measure the width and height of three different places on the frame, and give us the maximum size.
