MOQ: 1M long straight track +1 curve per PC and 2 SQ.M for fabrics
If your track is less than 1 meter long and curtain less than 2 SQ.M, we still charge based on 1 m long track and 2 SQ.M.

Control system: Remote Control or Tuya App. or Hubs or Voice Commanded.

Open Method:
1-side open or 2-side open. Please advise us which do you prefer.

Mount Way: Ceiling(in default) and Wall Mount. Pls advise which way is it to be mounted?

Our Sales Policy

Our policy for a custom item.

As the product is a customized item, it can not be returned or refunded if it's not a quality defect.

If it is of a quality defect and confirmed with us, the item has to be returned and you have to take care of the return shipping and after our receiving and confirming, you can get refund within 7 days. But processing fee charged by Paypal or banks can't be refunded.

But please allow color differences between online display and real objects.

Please permit some size allowance for the finished custom item. Please refer to the agreed invoice.

Our policy for a motor.

If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Motor Warranty

Three years for plug-in motors.
One year for battery motors and remotes.

Packings

For ordinary items, the standard packing is carton box, while for large and heavy items, synthetic wood box packing is suggested. But it's extra charged. Please consult with the customer service.

Measuring Tips

First, ensure how you would like to do mounting, inside or outside mount.

Situation 1: Inside Mount: Track Length = window width -2cm；Blind Height=Window Height -2cm

Situation 2: Outside Mount:Track Length =Window width + 10 or 20cm (Additional 20cm is suggested to have a better covering effect.)

Situation 3: For wall to wall mount, 2-4cm shorter than wall width space.
