The track is 2-side open in default. It could be changed into 1-side open by DIY.
The track is ceiling mount in default. If wall mount, please contact the customer service.

Our Sales Policy

The telescopic track is of one year warranty.

If it is of a quality defect and confirmed with us, we will send necessary components to get the defected parts replaced for free.

Our policy for a motor.

If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Motor Warranty

Two years for plug-in motors.
One year for battery motors and remotes.

Packings

For ordinary items, the standard packing is carton box, while for large and heavy items, synthetic wood box packing is suggested. But it's extra charged. Please consult with the customer service.
