Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Two years for plug-in motors. One year for battery motors and remotes.
