    MOQ 1 meter in track length, if your length is less than 1 meter, we still charge based on 1 meter. The maximum is 5 meters long.

    For long tracks, we reserve the right to do in 2 to 4 segments to fit in courier company's size limit regulations. Please contact us before placing the order.

    Track in default: :
    Straight track with two-side open and ceiling mount in default.

    If you need One-Side Open or Wall Mount or U type/ L type/ Z tyle in 90 degrees or in 135 degrees, please inform us.

  4. Motor system: Plug-in WIFI tuya motor, which can be controlled by Tuya App. or voice controlled by Alexa Google Home, etc.

  5. Motor Warranty: 3 years

Track parameters

The curved tracks are made by machine, NOT connected by a 90 degree or 135 degree plastic connector. So it's more smooth for the curtain's operation but it's more expensive as well.

Our Sales Policy

Our policy for a custom item.

As the product is a customized item, it can not be returned or refunded if it's not a quality defect.

If it is of a quality defect and confirmed with us, the item has to be returned and you have to take care of the return shipping and after our receiving and confirming, you can get refund within 7 days. But processing fee charged by Paypal or banks can't be refunded.

But please allow color differences between online display and real objects.

Please permit some size allowance for the finished custom item. Please refer to the agreed invoice.

Our policy for a motor.

If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Motor Warranty

Three years for plug-in motors.
One year for battery motors and remotes.

Measuring Tips

First, ensure how you would like to do mounting, inside or outside mount.

Situation 1: Inside Mount: Track Length = window width -1cm；

Situation 2: Outside Mount:Track Length =Window width + 40cm (Additional 20cm for each side is suggested to have a better covering effect.)

Situation 3: Wall to Wall Mount: Track Length= Wall to wall distance-4cm
