TWO MATERIALS AVAILABLE

Indoor window shutters have been a historic favorite, they offer unmatched beauty. Basswood is a particularly durable wood that is both light and strong. It is also a natural, healthy choice as wood shutters are chemical-free. They are highly customizable with a large variety of color options.

PVC shutters are an upgrade over vinyl and composite. They are made to look and feel like real wood, but are made of a plastic compound that is extremely durable with the reinforced aluminum insert. PVC is an ideal choice for outdoor building projects because it is resistant to moisture and termite. It is designed to last a lifetime, no need to be replaced and it requires little maintenance.

MULTIPLE COLOURS

Variant solid paint color and stained wooden color options for wooden louvers. But there are only 4 color choices for PVC louvers.

COMPONENTS

Our product is mainly composed of the headboard, upper and lower metal rails, Fascia, and sliding shutter door itself.
Whether the bottom board is provided or not depends on the bottom rail type you choose.

Normally, the sideboard is included in our products. If you don't want to have it, please consult our customer service.

There are two bottom rails to choose fromM-shaped bottom rail, with arcs on both sides of the rail transition to the ground, which can be installed directly.

If you prefer a U-shaped bottom rail, we will additionally provide a suitable bottom board for you to install.

TWO SLIDING MODES

There are two options with sliding panels;
1. Panels slide with blades open.
2. Panels slide with blades closed.

Please make note that whether you prefer the panels slide with blades open or closed on the order form.

Panels sliding with blades open require a wider headboard & light blocks. Light blocks
will be supplied not attached to panels. This is for the installer to the position where desired.
• Headboards are supplied in three different depths;
1. 120 x 20mm • Two panels sliding past each other with blades closed, require a 120mm headboard.
2. 140 x 20mm • Two panels sliding past each other with 63mm blades open, require a 140mm headboard.
3. 180 x 20mm • Two panels sliding past each other with 89mm blades open, require a 180mm headboard.
*Panels with 114mm blades, sliding open is not practical. If this is required please make notes on the order.

The above Layout Codes are generally in line with the fixed glass panel, or a glass sliding door.
