Q: What app should I download and how to download?

A: You can download "tuya smart" or "smart life" app. You can search their names on app store to download.

Q: Why does the app control not work sometimes?

A: Please make sure that the motor, remote control, and transponder are in a position where the wifi signal is relatively strong. And make sure that there are not too many devices connected to wifi.

Q: I am not sure if this motor fits the tube of my roller blinds?

A: The motor is suitable for tube of 38mm in diameter. And the internal structure should also match the shape of the motor. If you are not sure whether it can be matched, please send us the relevant photos and we can help you confirm.

If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.
