If the motor is of quality defect in its warranty period, it can be returned with all components after our confirmation.

Please take care of the freight when sending it back and inform us of tracking info. The motor factory will test, after quality defect is confirmed, you can apply for refund or replacement within 7 days.

In case of replacement, we take care of sending it back to you.

Situation 1: Inside Mount: Track Length = window width -1cm；

Situation 2: Outside Mount:Track Length =Window width + 40cm (Additional 20cm for each side is suggested to have a better covering effect.)

Situation 3: Wall to Wall Mount: Track Length= Wall to wall distance-4cm
