Wood shutters are made from basswood or PVC.

PVC shutters are an upgrade over vinyl and composite. They are made to look and feel like real wood, but are made of a plastic compound that is extremely durable with reinforced aluminum insert. It is an ideal choice for outdoor building projects because it is resistant to moisture and termite.

MULTIPLE COLOURS

Variant solid paint color and stained wooden color options for wooden louvers. But there are only 4 color choice for PVC louvers.

COMPONENTS

Our product is mainly composed of headboard, sideboard, upper and lower metal rails, Fascia, and bi-fold shutter door itself.

Whether the bottom board is provided or not depends on the bottom rail type you choose.

Normally, sideboard is included in our products. If you don't want to have it, please consult our customer service.

There are two bottom rails to choose from
M-shaped bottom rail, with arcs on both sides of the rail transition to the ground, which can be installed directly.

If you prefer a U-shaped bottom rail, we will additionally provide a suitable bottom board for you to install.

THREE STILES

As the product is a customized item, it can not be returned or refunded if it's not a quality defect.

If it is of a quality defect and confirmed with us, the item has to be returned and you have to take care of the return shipping and after our receiving and confirming, you can get refund within 7 days. But processing fee charged by Paypal or banks can't be refunded.

Measuring Tips

INSIDE MOUNT
1. Always measure the depth of the reveal where the shutters or the frame will be mounted to and ensure no mullions, handles or anything else could interfere with the operation of the blades when open.
2. Like blinds, when measuring for inside reveal fit, the shutters should be measured in three places across the width and the drop and the smallest measurements used.

OUTSIDE MOUNT
Take at least three measurements for the width and height. For Face Fit, always provide the largest measurements or where you want the shutters to cover, this will ensure to cover any imperfection, such as out of square or bowed architraves etc.

Installation Guide

Before confirming the installation method, Please ensure there no handles, mullions or winders that will interfere with the operation of a Bi Fold situation.

Sideboards and pelmet are not required in inside mount. For outside mount, sideboards are recommended to be used to ensure the stability of the shutter door.
